Mentors

ISM students interview professionals to learn about a career and ultimately ask one of these professionals to serve as a mentor. Once this mentor/mentee relationship is established, the student spends time with the mentor to gain authentic, real-world experiences and works with the guidance of his or her mentor to create an original product or design. Last year, I was able to connect with an amazing mentor. This year, I am looking to branch out and connect with somebody new in order to broaden my knowledge of creative writing.
